Just returned from a short vacation in Bali, staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. Great location in the heart of Kuta, across from the beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. With great activities for the kids, including a dedicated water park for young children (sub 10 years old), it's a great place for families.
Hotel is beautiful facilities are great the inclusions are fantastic and the staff are absolutely beautiful. Yellow and Leanne were our favorites in the rock royalty

Kids really enjoy the facilities, pool, game room etc.
This hotel is great for kids (maybe younger ones <10yo). Lots of options for activities, pools, meals etc. Prices are in alignment with Australian accommodation and food. The thing that makes this hotel is exceptional is the staff. Every single one of them - from wait staff to gardeners to security are friendly and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you're enjoying your stay. Would recommend this hotel to those who like to be busy, to have lots of on site options and to be in the centre of all the action in Kuta. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and low-key with not many people / children, this isn't your place!!!!
Great bar and entertainment
We stayed in rock royality section which is 1000% worth it. The service was amazing! We were actually shocked after hearing many mixed reviews. Our kids didn't care much about BIG main pool but enjoyed the chill pool which is only accessible with rock royality membership. Will stay again
Had a brilliant stay at Hard Rock. Perfect for our family of 6 children. Staff were fantastic and pool was great!
