Interesting hotel architecturally, very modern and clean ... loved the sky pool. All the staff are wonderful and the service 6 star. The breakfast buffet is amazing ... we loved it all !!! Oh yeah... great cocktails too
Food and service was perfect! Great location with access to many restaurants and cafes. Rooftop pool was a great feature with an amazing view.
Definitely would recommend to others and great value for money.
My husband and I Had a great stay here. Staff were amazing. Roof top bar is a great place to watch sunset with a cocktail. 10 minute walk to Finns , Atlas and other restaurants. 5 minute walk to Berrawa beach. Turn left at beach and walk up to the black templ on the beach. If you turn right and walk up the steps, lots of places to eat along the cliff, or walk up the Main Street and lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend a stay at Citadines. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. My husband got great surf at Berrawa and Canguu every day.
Have never been to Canguu and was very pleasantly surprised. Great spot for those who love to walk.

Citadines is one of the best hotels in Bali. If you want to have a good time please stay in their hotel.
The staff is super friendly, food is awesome, breakfast is worth it every day. They have a infinity pool at the rooftop which the water is not super cold and the sunset view from there is stunning.
We are super happy to recommend Citadines to everyone, if you are a couple is awesome to have a chill time. If you are with your family there is many things to do and if you are single all the beach clubs are nearby.
We hope to stay in Citadines again soon.

Relaxed friendly vibes. Staff are amazing.
Great hotel. Amazing roof pool with an "earth pool" when it gets a little breazy. A little walk to the main road, but this seems to be the norm in Canggu based on their road layout. Sunset and beach views from the rooftop pools wre incredible. Desk staff and restaurant staff knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Rooms clean and modern.

The room taps broken the electrician came twice because the board kept fusing .

Had the best stay at Citadines! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size, everywhere is spotless! Loved the rooftop pool and bar, great happy hour and choice of drinks. Also had a massage included in our package which was a bonus treat for our stay. Food is more on the basic side but lots of affordable cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!
